Hi

posting this in the hope that someone from Virgin can respond as getting hold of a human to speak to is nigh on impossible.

I am supposed to be on 500 broadband speed and only getting a fraction of that as well as internet randomly cutting out.

virgin have an automated message for the PO15 area saying ongoing maintenance but no end date and no means I’d getting hold of someone to try and sort out individual issues. I had a letter telling me I would get interruptions on the 10th and I made alternative arrangements, however it’s now way beyond that and no contact.

Call in at 08.00 - people report getting through straight away with no waits.
