Is this a genuin number

I have just had a text from Virgin along with an e mail advising that my phone line connection will be changed in March and asking if i would accept the change or would I need any help, i clicked on Accept and did not worry since this message came in at the same time as an e mail, I am now really worried is this a scam or a genuine contact.

the number is +447828563699 if this is a scam number I am angry with myself for clicking on it but since it came in at the same time as the e mail ! but also I ask what should I so to clear this situation.

In conjunction with the email message you received at the same time, I think you can probably rest easy and it is likely to be a legit contact ref the phone switchover.
