We are due to have an engineer come tomorrow (17th Nov) to install our package but the pre-install team haven't laid the cable from the street down to the bungalow yet. I have a status of the team doing so today (16th) but that has changed on a regular basis since the 5th. and I have tried making contact on numerous occasions. As you might guess I am getting really concerned as my internet has already cancelled with my previous provider.
Just need some clarification to what is happening please
