Install cable

Hi

 

I ordered VM and was told I could have it. A Ninex box is at the bottom of my drive which is 200m long. I then received a voicemail saying that my order had been cancelled because it was too expensive to lay a cable and carry out the engineering works. The person did not leave a name or number but simply cancelled the order. 

I am happy to did a trench down my drive (at my own cost) and lay conduit to my property but I can’t get to speak to anyone?

Can someone contact me to arrange this?

I understand that the conduit needs to be a green 54mm tube at a depth of 25cm which I believe VM will supply?

How can I arrange this?

I sent a PM as requested almost four hours ago but I haven't received a reply?

This doesn't help. Is there a telephone number where I can contact and discuss it with someone on Virgin's construction team?

It's frustrating when a telecommunications company seemingly won't use telephones!

give it time - Chrisy is not full time here - he helps out in his spare time afaik
