Inflation of 5.1% out of contract

Has anyone had same problem as me. With this increased inflation? Takeing my bills up by 5.1%. The advised inflation should only be 1.3%@!@ Where I'm paying £4.50 over my contract deal. The new bill should only see a increase of £1.14.

That means I'm free of obligation to leave my contract with no penalties to pay.

It's crazy to think a contract at £87.50 should go up as much as £92.00. When if done to keep in with your agreement of contract shoud be £88.64.

I am pleased to say after explaining. I wanted to leave and I believe I can. Because of our obligation and agreements. You have breached yours as a supplier. They have refunded and amended the price back to its a original state.
