Inferior service, lack of understanding and general incompetence

Hi all I wanted to share with you and will be posting online throughout social media how useless Virgin Media is. I have been trying to sadly with no choice use Virgin for internet services.

They installed exterior wiring without my consent or knowledge despite me explaining and requesting a survey. They then delayed my installation and did not turn up to meet me to review the issues. 

When I call and navigate a maze of useless and unhelpful options I speak with a powerless and unhelpful person who cannot do anything. 

I hope by slandering Virgin they will react and respond.

Yours unhappily and begrudgingly ripped off customer.

ive no idea why the little **bleep** at the top thinks its absolutely ok for them to always make you wait over 30 minutes JSUT top answer the phone. Has he ever analysed wth people keep ringing up, and maybe fuix it so the wait time comes down to 5 minutes?... or maybe employ more filipinos in their sweatshops?

You will have to try very hard to post anything worse about Virginmedia on social media that hasn't already been said. You can try if you like but it won't make any difference - senior management of the company are of course aware of its reputation but they really do not care.

You won't get a response from VM in the 'Community Natter' section.

When you do create a thread in the correct section (I'd suggest 'Broadband QuickStart / set up and connections') I would suggest you clearly explain your issue without adding any sarcasm, slander, or swearing. 

I'm with Carl. Post in the correct section and someone competent might be able to help. But I feel your pain...
