IGNORANCE.

This is the new norm on here and with all of virgin all turned into a bunch of IGNORANT simpletons and i know im being stern and guess what i do not give a damn and i dont care if i get removed either,i do not have time with my health condition to wait for IGNORANCE and just before some one does say something i have an illness that is TERMINAL so waiting for people who are using the current situation as an excuse can go and .........................................................

I will not put my thoughts onto the screen i think the word IGNORANCE says it all that is why i have cancelled my direct debit and that is why the ombudsman is now involved as making multiple complaints and multiple messages and trying to call all to know avail Sir Richard needs to employ staff that actually do work instead of probably sitting on his island taking peoples money and doing sweet bugger all else which includes employing total IGNORANT SIMPLETONS sadly a FACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice rant. If you have any issues that the community on this Community Help forum, can actually Help with - let us know.

BTW - Branson has nothing at all to do with VM - they just pay him to use the name. It's a "Liberty Global" owned company - they should be the target of your wrath.

as said nice rant - what do you hope for - this is a community forum run by VM - to explain - initial response is other VM users - staff are neither ignorant or non helpful - they get involved in threads where people need help - they respont in posted order which means it can take a few days for them to get to a thread

you have posted in 'community natter' which afaik they dont pick up posts from

you say you have written to the ombudsman - good luck with that - thats set up to look at complaints after you have been through VM' complaint process - have you done that or just moaned her

as to stopping the DD - again good luck - that will not have the result i assume you hope for - any money owed will be put out for debt collection and your credit file will be black marked 

if you want to rant - carry on - if you want help post in the right section and the VM people will do their best to do just that - other wise just keep adding comments to other threads that will generally be ignored

Ha Ha those responses are useless and as for any debt collector well let them come as stated i have a terminal illness ergo i am dying and as for said complaint procedure with ignorant virgin that has been done more than once i missed extremely important telephone consults from my specialist because of loss of services to which i made a complaint and they did not even respond what so ever.

stick to the facts, make it informative.
your terminal illness doesn't stop you from doing those things.
