I've stopped opening VM emails

I've stopped opening VM emails if it's not a bill or service info.

My reason is the title of these emails is only about 5% of the content if that. The rest is pointless to me and I just delete them now. I do wish VM would just stick to the point!

Try ... In the Virgin Media online account :   

Account Settings >>> Marketing preferences >>> Marketing consent ( turn this off )

True I can do that and thanks. Sadly they should not send out emails with main subjects like " Information on scam emails, texts and calls" when it is clearly 95% about marketing rubbish.  🙄

Check also the VM Community settings, to make sure that you have unsubscribed from stuff that is not of interest.

I just unsubscribed and then got an email asking me to confirm my new email address. I haven't changed my email address. No wonder why VM get so many complaints 😡
