I can't watch Sky Sports on my TV Go App

When I try to watch Sky Sports on my phone through the TV Go App it says I have reached my device limit, even though my phone is on the device list!

It has always worked before with no problem!

Hi Themurk

You can't watch Sky Sports using the TVGo app. You have to download and use the Sky Sports app.

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging onto

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Sorry,  I meant through the sky app!

Even though my device is one of the registered devices, the sky app says I've exceeded my device limit and won't connect!

There are separate device lists for the TVGo app and the Sky Sports app.  Have you followed the link to the Sky device settings that newapollo posted earlier?

Hi, yes I've just deleted an old device through the link and it all seems to be working now.

Many thanks
