I have just got the new hub and now I can't access some of my favourite websites. Just comes up access denied! Please help

Can you access any sites at all or are they all denied?
Are you connected to the router (lan or wifi)
Is it all devices or PC, Mac or phone/tablet
If you think you are connected try going to 192.168.1.1 in a browser and check router status

That address (192.168.1.1) should be 192.168.0.1. Do you know if your WAN IP address has been changed? If it’s changed as VM reissue IP4 address it’s possible that whoever had your IP address before incurred bans.
