My Super Hub 4 has been trying to update since yesterday lunch time and hasn't be able to update.
I have tried factory resetting (holding reset button for 60+ seconds) it and turning it off and on but no luck.
I'm unable to connect to the hub whatsoever through Ethernet or WIFI.
Any advice?
