The price Rises are ridiculous and oi can no longer afford to.stay...All the deals are for New customers only,  so i am going to Sky after 20 years of being a Loyal Virgin customer...Where i will receive Everything i am getting now but with Double the TV channels (i only get freeview channels)  and all for £20 a month cheaper ... how do i do this without having to ring?? Last time i rang i was told there wasnt any deals for 'existing' Virgin Customers....buy bye then im afraid....Diane

Have you tried speaking to someone about the steep increased prices and that it's made you wish to switch provider? 

I have virgin broadband but sky TV, sky are guilty of increasing their prices too.

Is it just TV you're unhappy with or is it the broadband as well?

write to them. you can't do it online either here or their website. as networkingpro says, sky operate in a similar way. new customers alway get the best deals. it's the way business works.

.. but Sky customers can re-contract on new customer prices when their contract is up, VM customers can't.
