Haven't received a email about the recent price increase

I recently saw the news about the price increase emails that's going around and someone else I know has received that same email the other day, but the account holder who i live with hasn't received that email is it rolling out or something?

Hi @Jaden1 

VM sent out price rise communication letters to some customers earlier this year regarding a change in the T&C's as well as the April 2024 price increases.

Some people were excluded completely from these letters and so did not receive any communication (myself included) due to their then current account/contract status.  

The new letters/emails are to align all customers that haven't joined or had a price increase this year to the current terms that include the RPI price increases from next year.

That's very annoying to find that out..

Hi i have recieved this email last week about the price hike, i have since been trying to get information about cancelling my contract free of charge, as i dont agree with the RPI rise which is at 8,9% as we speak and then on top of that the 3.9%, ive been trying to speak to someone since friday afternoon, not a chance shocking customer service,,,,,anybody else having problems?

what package do you have out of curiosity?
