Haven't got my account Number

Hi I have set up my new broadband and the box along with it but have decided to cancel as I want to switch to a different broadband. I'm still within my 14 days period where I can cancel but I haven't got my account number to dial in when calling up. I haven't received any welcome pack too. How to do I find out.
