HUB 3 Amber Light

Hi, my HUB 3 light has been Amber coloured for a long time now.. about half a year.

occasionally it will darken in colour and cut or stagger the wifi signal in the home.

ive tried numerous times to restart it and factory reset it.. but it still won’t turn white.

May I ask for a number for an engineer/technician? Or someone to help, or even come out to look at it.?

I guess I could class the power light as yellow..

I just factory reset my HUB 3, and it still has a orangey yellow colour for its power light.

edit: it just turned darker.

a factory reset requires the reset button being held for around 60 seconds (not the 10 seconds the help page says), letting the hub reset on its own (ie not manually powering it off).

Now it’s power light is more yellow.

Dont know if there is confusion on the lights-- if talking about the 4th-- the bottom light,  VM clearly state that it is white permanently when on normal operation-- but permanently amber when in MODEM mode. The amber colour is a bit too near red in my opinion.
