Your best bet for discussing charges on your account is to call “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-5 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open 8am until 10pm but calling early (between 08.00-11.00 is usually best) you will usually get a UK call centre then who’s staff are more informed and helpful and should help.

Thanks the problem is with broadband tv and home phone thankfully I don’ t have mobile contract !!! I have made a complaint as completely mis sold services does this advise still apply ?? I need to speak to a complaints manager in the UK as it is hopeless otherwise, I have been completely missold services and forced to buy equipment I didn't need how can I get this resolved ??
Tried this! Same answer, apparently complaints dept based overseas, no direct line or email if you cancel early you get stung with EDCharges, so I am stuck with a £200 bill for unnecessary equipment and charges that were never explained to me when a UK member of the sales team advised me to transfer services.
The dame agent completely ignores emails sent over the last 3 weeks any other suggestions ??? !!!
