I would just like to convey my thanks to Steven L who has been extremely helpful in getting my old telephone number back. It's refreshing to have great customer service and to be kept up to date every step of the way.
I can honestly say that he has helped out my family so much with being able to keep the number because my son is job hunting (has the number on his CV) and my elderly gran is blind so has my telephone number programmed in to her phone. A telephone number change may seem like a small thing to some, but to us it means the world!
If any of the management at Virgin do read this, could they please let Steven know how grateful I am and pass this on to his line manager for recognition please?
