Between you and me most of mine is bad. Saying that I do now give "kudos" thumbs ups to forum staff every now and again where they take an extra minute or so to personalise their responses, add a bit of humour, and take personal ownership of threads. Love is like a boomerang etc.

Sadly I no longer can say a single positive thing about Virgin anymore after being a customer since it took over Yorkshire cable decades ago, their customer service is none existent now.

No point in leaving any feedback, VM just don't care about customer service and dont follow their own code of conduct.

That is so so true. Im presently in a battle. I have no landline as its down has been on and off all year. I said i no longer wnat it and to take it off my bill. But to do that they insist they MUST increase the price. Madness

What is the point of giving VM ant feedback, when it is all totally ignored?
This awful new customer forum was introduced with a fanfare, and a message asking for feedback. Almost everyone hated it and there was a universal plea for a return to the old forum.
All these comments were ignored. I still get popups asking for comments, which are a waste of time because we all know that comments will go nowhere.
