I have issues with my airpods that I bought with my contract (iPhone 11 with airpods and iwatch) the sound cuts out and would like these to be replaced if they cannot get repaired. I have used the troubleshooter advice on website with no luck. Very frustrating because they are handy to use hence why I purchased them.
you'll get a quicker and more desirable outcome by speaking to apple direct. doesn't really matter where you buy an apple product from, they will deal with any support/warranty issue in a timely manner.
entirely up to you though. speak to apple and get it resolved quickly or wait for virgin to respond which might take weeks.
