Hi, recently joined Virgin and realised the external box that crumbled away when we moved in is to protect the Virgin Media cable. How do we go about getting it replaced? Do we have to get a new one ourselves or are Virgin Media able to help? Thanks
Hi virgin will supply and fit it phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky
