End of contract

My contract is up in July. I’ve been left waiting for ages trying to talk to someone before I Decide whether to pull the plug on Virgin and move. Is there anyway you can ask for a call back. I realise there are issues due to the virus but....

no option for call backs but you can try the txt service

 

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.

Sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us but glad to hear you're interested in seeing what we can offer first.

 

We can't make any changes to your account via the forums but as apcyberax has advised you can message the team on the number provided. You can also call from a Virgin landline on 150 or 0345 454 1111 option 1 then option 4 to discuss this further if you like.

Tried the text option. After a heap load of automated messages it told me I have to phone to discuss contract options! Another waste of time.
