End of contract

Good afternoon.
My 12 months contract is about to end and I just want to report that I do not want to continue with the services of virgin, but it seems impossible, when you call you have to wait an hour for them to hang up or they will never transfer you to the correct department and if I do it online through chat service never answered me. I need an email address where I can report this. Please I am desperate, any help will be welcome

there is no email address.

2 ways as per your contract. Call in or write in by recorded mail

There is one more option that might work

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.

I really have tried everything, I have called and stayed 2 hours on the phone for nothing, I have sent the message to the number you have provided me and nothing, the truth is this is very stressful since from their page they tell me that I have to give a month notice and I only have a few days left.

yes you have to give 30 days notice. The text service can take a few days for a reply.

other then that try calling on weekday early (just after 😎
