I tried to contact about raising bills and Im not happy about it, especially my broadband is laggy/losing packets for half year.
They send me Hub replacement (seems used before/not new) which didnt help.
Gaming online is impossible when getting disconnected every 15 minutes.
Anyway after calls the only thing you can hear is: "all lines are busy try later..."
They dont give chance to ask for help or cancellation. My bill will go up on 1st March. Seems I have to try every day until they allow me to cancel.
What to do if they dont? Just remove Direct Debit on my Bank?
