Does Virgin Email even exist?

So the big news is no-one has access to Virgin email 😠

What's more annoying is there is no reference on the web pages to an email service!

IE "What do you need help with: "Broadband/TV/Landline" but not Email.

In fact some of it was in German too, see image.

Current issue, being repaired (slowly), but bottom line VM don't want you, they don't want to run email servers/service.  Protect yourself and migrate.  This, on the VM website (since May 2022 I read):

"Please note, Virgin Media no longer offers the ability for customers to create new Virgin Media email addresses. Customers with an existing Virgin Media email address will not be affected; their mail account will remain as is."

I believe that VM includes email-related problems under the broadband heading.
