Delivery

I spoke with customer service on Saturday 15th August 2020 about my v6 box not working, they told me they would send me a replacement out today, still not arrived at 6.50pm. I haven't received an email regarding this delivery either.

I have had no virgin media since Thursday 13th August 2020 now. Feeling quite annoyed now as I am paying for a service I cannot use.

Could somebody please get back to me regarding this, virgin media.
