I inadvertently cut through my internet and tv cable today.
I'm supposed to be working from home and now I have no internet.
I've tried ringing customer services but you simply cant get through.
Any idea how I can book an engineer to replace the cable?

Thanks for replying and the web link but I need to book an engineer to repair the cable. As far as I can see you can't do that via the web.
Due to Corona it seems impossible to get through on the phone.
Does anyone know another route to book an engineer?
