Probably, because it won't be a public holiday in the third world lands that VM use for their call centres. So you can expect the same dreadful high quality customer experience as normal. At a guess call queuing times should be shorter.

Well it was a useful reply but in fact customer services were closed on the queen’s funeral day. Thanks for reply anyway
