Customer Service Wait Times

What is the longest time anyone has had to wait for someone to reply on the chat  service, I am up to 3 hours and counting.

Phone calls take priority. It can take up to 4 to 6 hours. to communicate with VM via text on 0753 305 1809 or via WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. It was 24 hours when the price rise emails where sent out.

If you create a post in the appropriate section then you should be able to receive help via the community forums, however this isn't like an instant messenger service and replies from forum staff can take a couple of days..

In fairness I had to do a football drop off once mid-chat and the agent was still there upon my return home (maybe Dave was in the queue behind me).
