How long does it take for virgin to rectify their reporting issues with experian and equifax or any other credit agencies.
this far they are three to four months behind on updating their information with all agencies which impacts on credit scoring. be warned this will impact you it has with me and now I’m struggling to get a mortgage. Anyone else have same issue with virgin

Re: Credit file

depends what you are asking them to do, and how the default appeared on your record in the first place.

Re: Credit file

They don’t or haven’t updated their reports since June which affects many

Re: Credit file

again, why are you waiting for them to update?
are they to mark your default as settled? or are you waiting on them removal an incorrect addition to your record?

don't assume that because you have an issue that "many" others are the same.

are you actually wanting assistance or are you just here to rant?

Re: Credit file

Hello,

I have e-Mailed                                                creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk

E-mail returned as mailer-daemon.
Please have updated e-Mail address since I do need to submitt data subject request for old bills from 12 years ago. This company has been adversely against me well after 6 years of default filed.

thanks
