Contract finished

Contract has finished and I have to find another £40 amonth now. I cannot do it especially in these circumstances.

In the past I woud talk to VM and negotiate a solution. It would take some time to get through but unlike now I'd get there eventually.

 

Now the situation is impossible on the phone and the online support is a joke. You go round and round in loops until they tell you that contract changes cannot be done online and you have to phone.

The only solution I can see is to cancel direct debit which might at least encourage someone to talk to me.

 

Any thoughts or advice?

people are still getting though on the phone. Keep trying

Don;t cancel the DD. you are in contract and you'll just build up a debt that will effect your credit failed and get passed to a debt collectors
