Contacting customer service

The two numbers I managed to find the automated voice says is unavailable (0345 454 1111 and 0345 600 0789)

I tried using the live chat option and have been waiting for a response for an hour and nothing.

What are my other options to contact customer service? (I don’t have a virgin phone to call their 150 line on)

The 1111 number is correct - it has a few "technical issues" this week but is working now I believe.

Caliing any VM number is best done at 08.00 for the best chance of getting through quickly - try then if you have no luck before.

You can also text them on 07533 051809 include account name/number and what the issue is – replies usually take longer.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
