The 1111 number is correct - it has a few "technical issues" this week but is working now I believe.
Caliing any VM number is best done at 08.00 for the best chance of getting through quickly - try then if you have no luck before.
You can also text them on 07533 051809 include account name/number and what the issue is – replies usually take longer.
