Having been unable to contact Virgin on multiple occasions to negotiate or cancel my contract I've had to join this community to add to my wasted time. My contract ran out last November, I've tried multiple occasions to get through but have either had to wait so long I ran out of time, the battery ran out on my phone or as per today I got through, passed between two cheerful people and then hung up on. I've tried making complaints but they have not responded to these either. They are about to increase my Broadband and landline cost to £52 which is ridiculous. They have the power of the Direct Debit so can keep taking it. What can I do to cancel the contract.
