I have had a very disappointing experience regarding upgrading my contract with virgin media time. So much so that I’m now thinking of leaving this company I feel my integrity has been questioned.

How come? What's happened?

 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

VM send out a new router to me, but unfortunately the Courier guy has delivered to the wrong house number. but I tried to recover the package and when I couldn’t get hold of the package so I called VM it felt like they were questioning weather I was telling the truth or Not.  thank fully the problem has been resolved now but I didn’t like how the call was handled
