You can contact VM by calling 150 from your VM phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone.
They are open Monday to Friday 8am–9pm; Saturday 8am–6pm; Sunday 8am–6pm
There are separate departments for Billing, Regrades, Cancellations, Faults, Moving Home etc.
You can also receive help on most thinsg by creating a post in the correct section on the forums - staff don't tend to look at the chatter and natter forums
