I would like to say thank you to Matthew, I only had a little problem, but he was amazingly pacient and solved my really irritating issue, he didn't rush me or make me feel stupid, he made me feel valued as a customer and it's experiences like this that make me stay with virgin x he's an excellent advocate for your company and you should be proud of what an excellent member of staff you have, and I hope next time I need to ring, I'll get Matthew again
