My 90 year old father had a major stroke octobre 21 he is now at home in a hospital bed and his speech is very poor we need to cancel the TV package and keep broadband on but we don't know the account number I have phoned 3 times and have been promised that a letter will be sent to him with a new number that we can use for them to do this it still hasn't happened I need advice on this and any would be grateful of any help in this matter
