Community Badge - what am I 4years old?

Please don't send me a community badge... Who comes up with this nonsense. I wouldn't even patronise my 4yr old with such a response. Please just fix my broadband and cut out the utterly ridiculous and childish gimmicks that are guaranteed to *bleep* off your customers even more than they already are

Believe me posting here is the last thing I want to to do buddy. Its inanely mind damaging. VM told me to do so in order to solve my issue, given the telephone support is non existant, chat support is disabled and on twitter, my last resort, they told me to post on here. Any other bright ideas?

no-one can give you any ideas, bright or otherwise, unless you actually explain the problem you have (apart from the obvious problem you have).

God this is inane. I'm annoyed because I wanted my broadband fixed and VM directed me here. I had no desire whatsoever to post in a community forum... VM told me this was the only way to get any customer service
