A very helpful technician arrived on 22 March to solve some set up problem regarding my TV. The leaftlet he gave me before he left indicated that an email will be sent to me for comment on his service. I want to give him a grading 10 & 9, but I never receive the email. How can I give my comments regarding his good service? His name is Jamie and I am not sure if his ID is [MOD EDIT: Employee details] or [MOD EDIT: Employee details].
