Change of channel numbers on 4 July 2023

In announcing channel changes Virgin Media stated that existing and planned recordings can still be watched, but this is not the case. I can no longer access many recordings, mainly from BBC 4 HD (107) (163) (164). When trying to watch, a message says "this is a locked channel - BBC 4 HD is no longer available from Virgin Media". It certainly is still available but VM have simply changed the channel name on their line up without thinking about any knock-on impact. I have not unsubscribed from BBC 4 in any format but it appears that I have lost many cherished recordings, mainly music and comedy documentaries. Can Virgin Media give some consideration to their customers and simply "unlock" the affected channels to provide features promised as part of each customers package? (Basic customer service)
