so a SIMPLE change of address to a new address that already has a live virgin service
it has taken 2 hours and 9 minutes !!!!!!! just to complete the change of address then to add insult to injury I am told they cannot compete this install until 28th November ...
I can have BT installed on 7th November as new customer, I can have SKy installed on 8th November, but virgin, despite having all the equipment, all the cables at the property and confirmed live service area need 27 days to change the address and complete the install
This company gets worse by the day !

I have been a VIrgin cutoemr for over 10 years on a broadband and tv package
never have I seen such poor service in processing a simple change of address, the operator took 8 minutes each time to respond to or to ask a question
4 times I was asked if I want to keep same package, 3 times told will check install dae, actually took over 25 minutes to give an install date
I will be looking to BT probably when my current contract with virgin expires as honestly the customer service is as poor as I have ever seen in any service industry
