Change contract

My contract is due to end, and I would like to renegotiate- is there any way of doing this online, as the call centre seems to be impossible at the moment?

It can't be done online and the staff here can't change your package, you have to speak to a VM agent to make that change.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
