Care home installation

Is it possible that virgin could install a broadband system in a care home (as a charitable donation) even temporarily to enable the staff to assist older residents to see their families during lock down? The current system is so poor that Facebook, WhatsApp Visio etc cannot connect. I need not explain how much good such a gesture would do. If is possible I can pass on details of the home. Thanks.

Re: Care home installation

To provide you broadband service Vm would have to:

1 - install cable up to your building (unlikely to have as a business address)

2 - Send second tech to install (INSIDE) the property - with all the risks to your resdents this would caused

3 - Use techs that are in short supply an assisting current customers at the moment

So sorry another company already providing your phone lines would be a best bet.
