Cannot Get Through to Virgin Media

Hi, does anyone know if VM are having issues with their phone lines?
I have been trying to speak to someone since yesterday about my bill but when you call it just takes you through information about paying your bill and does not give the usual options to select.

call then disconnects.

Yesterday I got a response within 30 - 60 minutes (Can't remember exactly as I just left the window open, and waited for a 'beep' from the chat!).

I’m on their live chat now - still waiting for nearly an hour for a response……getting quite annoyed…..
