Can't post, reject message

Tried to respond to a post but got this message, any ideas anyone?:

Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)

Not sure about that error - but did you try just pressing "post" again? Often the second one gets the message to post.

What was in the content of your message that might trigger that message ?  What errors were actually "highlighted" in the message?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for your comments. I did try again, still wouldn't post. You know, I can't recall what I was trying to reply to now, bit it was something innocuous, nothing conroversial. No errors were "highlighted" in the message, just got that "...post flooding" nonsense.
