Virgin media mistakenly charge me two times because they open two accounts for me. Two days ago, the agent said they will refund it to immediately and I will receive a comfirmation letter in 24 hours. I do not trust them so I make a complaint to virgin media to refund. Two days later, I called virgin media yesterday. The agent said he can do nothing to me so he can only make a complaint for me to let his manager to refund. Today, I receive a letter for my complaint. The response said that they cannot look into my another account because of security issues. They suggested me to call the customer service hotline. The hotline agent pass me to the complaint. The complaint passed me back to the hotline agent. I think the customer service is a joke to me.
