Call centre response

is it just me or is the call centre response even worse than usual. I understand the strain of Covid but there is no one answering the phones. Initial message said about 10 mins to answer but after about 20 mins someone just dropped the line. Second call now with same expected answer time, but 35 mins in.

Calling early morning ~08.00 is usually the best time.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
