Call back

Why doesn’t virgin media managers call you back when you have a complaint. 
I have phoned twice in the last 3 weeks to be told someone will phone you back within 72 hrs and this still hasn’t happened.

Maybe if I was waiting on vm but I’ll be calling them back again today and I will do every day until it’s sorted

So still no callback so I phoned them and they asked for 48hrs so will update after Wednesday

other than to prove a point and keep biting on that bone, is there a reason why you need a callback?

you are getting the runaround - call backs dont happen as said above - wait 48 hours for what - nothing will happen - the next agent you speak to is likely to say there are no notes on the account - as and when you get through you need to push for info then and there - any promise of something in the future is just to get rid of you

It’s over a complaint over loss of service and a engineer cut our line and said someone will come back and fix it we didn’t have full services for a month.
