So yet again our street cabinet has been wiped out by a car.
My previous experience was that we ended up a day before anyone came out as they raised it like any old fault.
Is there a way to get info to the engineering team that this isnt someones router having an issue but rather a cabinet is on the ground?

Wherever you report, the issue will be subject to VM's random processes and response times.
If a whole bunch of customers are disconnected, it might well prompt a proper response as VM will be liable for compensation pay-outs to those affected if they experience a total loss of service from the damage
