Breach of contract

If I believe Virgin Media is in breach of contract do I have justification to cancel my susbscription?

1. They have not provided the welcome gift that I selected, saying I am not eligible; despite it being detailed on my Virgin Media contract

2. I have the 500 Mbps oomph package and regularly have speeds below 20 Mbps. The internet also completely drops on a systematic basis. An engineer advised us 2 weeks ago the problem is external, but we have heard nothing since, and have no idea when it will be fixed.

have a look at this as it will explain what to do if no received https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-free-gifts

After 28 days they should arrange this the gifts are sent by a 3rd Party company all the contact details are there.

Does anyone have the email addrss for the Director of Customer Service?

I need to escalate the issues I am having as the online system and call centres are impossible to deal with.

is this related to the other thread you just started?
you won't get an email address for the director of customer service.

however, if you post your issue regarding the line speeds in the correct sub-forum, along with all the relevant data then someone will be able to look at it and assist somewhat.
