Box office show

I paid for a UFC fight but, due to the ongoing problems with my TiVo box re-booting itself constantly, I did not attempt to watch it. The box office channel was not even glanced at but yet I’ve still been charged. Sky don’t charge you if you do t watch. Do I presume that virgin charge you regardless?

Re: Box office show

Sadly, I believe this is the case as I was charged for a Joshua fight December 2019.

I booked the fight but then realised my girlfriend had also booked tickets for us to see a show in London.

Like you, I thought like Sky if you don't watch you don't get charged but I was wrong.

I contacted VM but told that was not the case.
